Every single Artemisia amaretto has its own story, a completely manual process which makes every piece unique. The shape of the product is entrusted completely to the craftsmanship in each artisan who are simply considered family; they knead together <em>egg white, sugar and almonds</em> and then dip it in sugar for the finishing glaze.
