Ratafià, the descendent of “rattafia”, emerges from the blend of European flavor and the traditions of the Antilles people.

The ingredients
The cherries we use are distinct as they are very small, perfectly round and have a sharp flavor.
They are preserved in their own syrup which is produced in our admired vases set in the sun which embellish the window sills of our villages every summer.
Ancient Abruzzo tradition
This is where the precious union happens between the ancient traditions of Abruzzo and the tradition of the creola ratafià, and so la “rattafia” is born.
It is the pride of the Abruzzo families, from one generation to the next, who dearly protect the secret recipe.
