Ferratelle with a double taste, half vanilla and half cocoa, for an excellent combination of flavours. Ferratelle are classic sweets of the Abruzzo tradition. Their name comes from the iron plate used for their preparation. There are very few selected ingredients that guarantee quality and taste, as well as the total absence of preservatives and colorants. The recipe has remained the same as our grandmothers, who used to knead the dough by hand.
